Šta Ću Kući Tako Rano
I learned this song from one of the pioneers of Tambura Music – Dave Zupković. He, along with his orchestra put out a series of ’78 rpm discs during the 1940’s and 1950’s and it’s from one of these records that this song version came from.
My version was recorded with acoustic instruments to try and provide a feel for the “old school” sound that I learned it from but using an accordion as opposed to a violin for the lead instrument.
Other artists (such as Šaban Šaulić) have recorded this song over the years with a more modern interpretation of both the music and lyrics but I felt this song should be listened to the way I heard, and learned it many, many years ago.
